3 Wines to Drink this Summer
These three new additions to our wine list are literally summer in a bottle. All three are extremely limited in production and we were lucky enough to get our hands on a few cases of each.
TRIBUTE TO GRACE ROSÉ, SANTA BARBARA HIGHLANDS
Kicking off with a floral bouquet, followed by a mix of watermelon, macerated strawberry stony minerality, this is one of the most sought after Rosé wines we get! Only a handful of cases make their way to Northern California, and most of it is instantly snapped up by people in the wine industry and repeat customers waiting for it.
HUNT & HARVEST SAUVIGNON BLANC
This stainless steel sauvignon blanc has a complex nose of key-lime, salt and white flowers. Lightweight, balanced and the perfect touch of natural acidity. Such a delight with our new summer salads of strawberries, goat cheese, grilled peaches, toasted almond and local greens.
JEAN-PAUL BRUN DOMAINE DES TERRES DOREES BEAUJOLAIS L'ANCIEN
90 points by Wine Enthusiast! This is a delicious, ripe and fruity Gamay that comes from the south of Beaujolais. A bit of a different take on Beaujolais, these Gamay grapes are grown on limestone, giving the wine a more classic structure. Opens with ripe red-berry fruits and soft tannins allied to a juicy acidity that keeps it all fresh.
